"Sizing was a total letdown"
I ordered my usual size from Danier, thinking it would be fine, but of course it ended up fitting all wrong. It was tight across the shoulders and then somehow way too loose at the waist. The size chart didn’t help me at all, so I feel like I was set up to guess and lose. After waiting for it to arrive, I couldn’t even wear it, which was really frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering clothes from here again.

"Refund came through, just took longer than expected"
The customer service team was polite and I did get my refund in the end, which I appreciated. That said, it took longer than I expected, and I had to be a bit more patient than I’d hoped. Still, everything was resolved eventually, so I’m glad it worked out.

The store was clean and the jackets looked really nice, but the visit was just okay for me. The staff seemed busy, and I kind of felt ignored while I was trying to find help with sizes. The selection was limited too, so I left feeling like I expected a little more.

"Jacket was nice, but the timing and packaging weren’t great"
I ordered a jacket from danier.com and the jacket itself was totally fine, so no issue there. The packaging was the disappointing part. The box showed up crushed and the jacket was kind of just stuffed inside without much protection. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time or during a busy shipping period, but for the price, I expected it to be packed with a little more care. Nothing was actually ruined, thankfully, but it didn’t leave the best impression.

"Nice styles with a clean look"
I really like the style of the jackets and bags on Danier. They feel modern, but not like they’re trying too hard or chasing every trend. The site is sorta easy to browse too, though it took me a little while to compare colors. Overall, everything looks good

"Easy ordering, but the shipping process was frustrating"
Ordering itself was fine, the website was easy to use and checkout went through without any issues. But after that, it felt like I was just left guessing. I barely got any updates, and the delivery took longer than I expected. The annoying part is that it seems like they have all these little policy loopholes where the delay technically doesn’t count as a problem, so there’s not much you can do except wait. The item was good once it finally showed up, but the whole shipping experience definitely wasn’t smooth...

The leather feels good overall, so I wanted to like it more. But the stitching isn’t great and makes the whole thing feel a bit cheaper than expected. it kind of feels like they focused on the part people notice first and hoped nobody would look too closely at the details

I was disappointed with this jacket. The zipper broke after about two weeks, and the leather started getting scuffed up really badly way faster than I expected.

"Exchange was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried to exchange a jacket and it turned into such a hassle. It took forever, support barely got back to me, and when I finally did reach someone, I kept getting transferred around instead of anyone actually helping. the whole process was a mess and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

I ordered from Danier thinking the delivery would be straightforward, but it just kept getting pushed back. I expected at least clear updates if there was a delay, but instead I was just left waiting with no real info. It was really frustrating, i’m not sure I’d order online from them again

Customer service was okay overall. It did take a while before I got help, and I don’t think I was being impatient or anything—I just needed a simple answer and expected it to move a little faster. Once someone finally got to me, they were decent and handled it fine

I bought a jacket from danier.com and I regret paying what I did for it. It looked great in the photos, so I talked myself into spending more than I normally would, but once it arrived it just felt average in person.
After only a few wears, it already started looking worn in certain spots, which was really disappointing. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I definitely don’t feel like the value is there. I wish I had shopped around more because I’m sure I could’ve found something similar for less...

"The sale felt a bit misleading to me"
I bought something during their sale thinking I was getting a decent deal, but then the very next day the discount was even bigger. I reached out to customer service to see if they could adjust the price, but they wouldn’t. Maybe that’s just their policy, but from my perspective it felt frustrating and made the whole “sale” feel kind of pointless. I probably wouldn’t rush to buy from them again

"Looks good, but comfort is just okay"
The jacket looks really nice in person, and I liked it at first. But after about an hour or so, it started feeling stiff and a bit tight. I’d say it’s fine for wearing once in a while, but I wouldn’t want it for everyday use.
